Katie Staubes, REALTOR, is now an Associate Vice President serving the public as a residential and commercial real estate specialist as well as a business broker.

Katie is a Charlestonian, growing up on James Island and Folly Beach. She attended Charleston Southern University and received a degree in Communications. She has worked for AFLAC, CBS, Clear Channel, HSN, various television shows, commercials, movies and online/print advertising.

As a Marketing Consultant for Clear Channel and her years of experience with The Home Shopping Network (HSN); Katie understands consumers’ shopping behaviors and the buyer/seller journey. Katie is a seasoned marketing strategist and has an extensive background in business management, pre/post video production, selling and advertising. She enjoys helping her clients’ deliver their brand throughout various media platforms including TV, radio, print, online and billboard ads.

With real estate being a part of her life since childhood, becoming a REALTOR comes as no surprise to those that know her. It’s engrained within her and she loves every aspect of it. Katie understands what it takes to be successful for her clients. Throughout her personal and professional experiences, she has learned strategies that have proven successful. She is excited to share and help others. Katie is a natural communicator and attentive to her clients’ needs; she leads with dignity, honesty and an open heart.

Katie joined The Brokerage, aligning herself with values and morals that matched her own. She is thrilled to be doing what she loves.

Katie is married to her college sweetheart, Ricky. They invest in and renovate homes together. They love exploring the outdoors, boating and fishing. Most of all they love to travel by driving cross-country and wherever the road leads.
